HSC machining and prototyping Core elements
High-speed cutting (HSC) permits stress-free machining with a high level of repetition accuracy. In prototyping and series production it is a cost-efficient alternative to eroding. We create the control programs required for this purpose.

Examples
The following illustrations show the surface reconstruction in Catia 4.2.2
The Brabender mixer rotor was digitized and reconstructed in a Catia 4.2.2 CAD system. The milling cutter program was created with the Tebis CAM system. Today, this rotor is produced in a small series.
